This document (as well as any other documents mentioned herein) regulates the conditions governing the use of this Website and the purchase or acquisition of products and/or services on it (hereinafter, the "Conditions").
For the purposes of these Conditions, the activity developed by Aiala Ocio through the Website includes:
The marketing and distribution of Trading Card Games (TCG) and figures from major brands that authorize us to act as distributors/suppliers.
In addition to reading these Conditions, before accessing, browsing, and/or using this website, the User must have read the Legal Notice and the General Conditions of Use, including the cookies policy and the privacy and data protection policy of Aiala Ocio. By using this Website or by making and/or requesting the acquisition of a product and/or service through it, the User consents to be bound by these Conditions and all the aforementioned; therefore, if you do not agree with all of this, you must not use this Website.
Furthermore, please note that these Conditions may be modified. The User is responsible for consulting them each time they access, browse, and/or use the Website, as those in force at the time the acquisition of products and/or services is requested will be applicable.
2. THE USER
Access, navigation, and use of the Website confer the status of User (hereinafter referred to individually as "User" or collectively as "Users"). Therefore, from the start of navigation on the Website, all Conditions established here are accepted, as well as their subsequent modifications, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding mandatory legal regulations as the case may be.
The User assumes responsibility for the correct use of the Website. This responsibility extends to:

3. PURCHASE OR ACQUISITION PROCESS
Users can purchase on the Website by the means and forms established. They must follow the online purchase procedure of www.aialaocio.com, during which various products can be selected and added to the cart, and finally, click on: "Buy and pay now".
The User must fill in and/or check the information requested at each step, although purchase data can be modified during the process before payment is made.
Subsequently, the User will receive an email confirming that Aiala Ocio has received the order (Order Confirmation). When applicable, the User will also be informed via email when the purchase is being shipped. This information may also be available in the User's personal account on the Website.
Once the purchase procedure is concluded, the User consents to the Website generating an electronic invoice sent via email. The User may also request a paper copy by contacting Aiala Ocio.
4. AVAILABILITY
All purchase orders are subject to product availability and to the absence of circumstances of force majeure (clause nine) affecting the supply. If supply difficulties occur or products are out of stock, Aiala Ocio undertakes to contact the User and refund any amount paid.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices displayed on the Website are final, in Euros (€), and include taxes (VAT), unless a different issue is indicated due to legal requirements.
Shipping costs are included in the final prices of the products as shown on the Website. Aiala Ocio performs delivery services through: Correos.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which the User has already received a confirmation.

The Website uses an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) secure payment system. If the payment method is Bank Transfer, the order will be reserved for 5 calendar days. If the transfer is not confirmed within this period, the order will be canceled.
6. DELIVERY
Physical delivery of goods will be carried out Worldwide.
Except for unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, the order will be delivered within the period indicated on the Website according to the selected shipping method, and in any case, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of Order Confirmation.
If delivery is impossible due to the User's absence, the order may be returned to the warehouse. After 30 days of availability without delivery (for reasons not attributable to Aiala Ocio), the contract will be considered terminated, and payments will be refunded except for additional shipping costs.
7. TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS
If the User detects an error in the data provided, they may modify it by contacting Aiala Ocio or through their personal space on the Website. Changes must be made before clicking "Buy and pay now".
8. RETURNS
Right of Withdrawal
The User, as a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without justification. This period expires 14 days from the day the User acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, the User must notify Aiala Ocio clearly of their decision. Aiala Ocio will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. The User must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Defective Products or Shipping Errors
If the product does not conform to the contract at the time of delivery, the User must contact Aiala Ocio immediately. We will inform you how to proceed with the return. Once inspected, we will proceed with the refund or replacement within 14 days.
Warranties
In accordance with Spanish law, Aiala Ocio is liable for any lack of conformity that manifests within three years from the delivery of the product.
9. EXONERATION OF LIABILITY
Aiala Ocio will not accept responsibility for:

Losses not attributable to its breach.

Business losses (loss of profit, revenue, data, etc.).

Minor visual differences in products due to screen resolution or browser issues.

Delays caused by transport companies (strikes, road accidents, etc.).

Force majeure events (natural disasters, terrorism, government restrictions, etc.).
10. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS
By using this Website, the User accepts that most communications with Aiala Ocio will be electronic (email or notices on the Website), fulfilling the legal requirement for written communication.
11. WAIVER
No waiver by Aiala Ocio of a specific legal right or action shall constitute a waiver of other rights or actions derived from the contract or Conditions.
12. NULLITY
If any of these Conditions are declared null and void by a competent authority, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Conditions and any document expressly referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between the User and Aiala Ocio.
14. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data provided during a transaction will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
15. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The use of this Website and purchase contracts shall be governed by Spanish law. Any controversy shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
